How do I access my SURFboard Web Manager when the warning screen appears?
Answer
When accessing the Web Manager, a secure or private risk alert may appear on the web browser advising users to proceed with caution.  The message is prompted because the SURFboard products do not have an authentication certificate. There is no risk in proceeding to the Web Manager’s address at 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.100.1.  This document contains the following sections:
On Chrome the message states "Your connection is not private".  To access the SURFboard Web Manager, click the Advanced button, then click the Proceed to 192.168.100.1 (unsafe) link.
Firefox Browser
On Firefox the message states "Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead".  To access the SURFboard Web Manager, click the Advanced button, then click the Accept the Risk and Continue button.
Internet Explorer Browser
