Question
Why is my Chrome/Edge browser version unsupported when accessing the Web Manager?
Answer
If a consumer with a G34, G36, or SBG8300 is using Chrome or Edge browser with the latest version 100.x to access the Web Manager, they will see the Supported Browsers Versions message on the login page.  The message states their current version of Chrome or Edge browser is unsupported.  This is a false warning, and the consumer will not experience any issues.

A fix is in development and will be deployed at a later date.  Until resolved, the consumer will continue to receive the message and will need to click the Close button to continue using their Chrome or Edge browser.  Alternatively, the customer could switch to another browser.

Please refer to the following script to assist consumers calling with a concern on the Supported Browsers Versions message:

"We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing you. This is a false warning, and you will not experience any issues.  There is a fix in development that will be pushed when it is available.  Until then, if you don't want to switch to another browser and want to continue to use Chrome or Edge, you will need to close the pop-up each time you log into the Web Manager."
