McAfee® SHI: Subscription Status

How long is the McAfee® Secure Home Internet (SHI) subscription term?
The McAfee® Secure Home Internet (SHI) includes a 3 year subscription term once the McAfee® account is established via the mobile app.  The McAfee® LiveSafe 90-day free trial subscription starts after the antivirus is installed on a device.  This document describes how to verify the subscription term.

Verify Subscription Term
  1. Launch a web browser, such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari.  Enter into the address box, and press the Enter key.  The McAfee® page will appear.
  2. On the McAfee® page, click the My Accounts drop-down menu from the top, then click the Sign In link.  The Log In to McAfee® page will appear.

  3. On the Log In to McAfee® page, enter the McAfee® SHI Administrator email address in the Email Address field.
  4. Enter the McAfee® SHI Administrator password in the Password field then click the Log In button.  The My Account page will appear.

  5. On the My Account page, click the My Account drop-down menu from the top, then click the Subscriptions link.  The Subscriptions page will appear.

  6. On the Subscriptions page, verify the Expiry Date for the SHGW and McAfee® LiveSafe subscription term.
