Answer | The McAfee® Secure Home Internet (SHI) app enables an admin user to block devices in the home network.  A blocked device is prevented from accessing the Internet through the home network.  The device will also be blocked from using apps on mobile devices that need Internet. The user will see a blocked page informing them their device is blocked from the Internet right now. With Apps, the Network Error screen will appear. The user will need to ask the admin directly to unblock the device.  This document describes how to a block device. Block Device
- Tap the McAfee® SHI icon to launch the app.  The Home screen will appear.Â
 - On the Home screen, tap on Devices.  The Devices screen will appear.
 - On the Devices screen, swipe right on the device and tap the Block button.
NOTE: A device can also be blocked by moving the slider beside Block on the device's details page.  - The Blocked device will appear below the red Blocked heading of the device list.
NOTE 1: Repeat step 3 to block additional devices. NOTE 2: To unblock a device, swipe the blocked device to the right and tap the Unblock button.
