What does the LED light indicate on my S33 cable modem?
Answer
This document describes the function of the front and back panel LED light on the S33.

GreenBlinkingDownstream/Upstream channel search (unlocked status)
SolidOnline status in DOCSIS 3.0 mode.

Error mode, verify all cable connections and try resetting the modem.
*Blue - Indicates DOCSIS 3.1 operation (high-speed Internet access) which may not be available in all locations.  Check with your service provider for availability in your area.
