The front panel LED lights on the SBG7580-AC, with the exception of the Power LED light, can be turned off using the Web Manager tool.  This document describes how to turn off all the front panel LED lights on the SBG7580-AC except the Power LED.Turn Off Front Panel LED Lights
- Launch a web browser, such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari.  Enter http://192.168.0.1 into the address box, and press the Enter key.  The Login page will appear.
NOTE: A security or private risk alert may appear on the web browser advising users to proceed with caution when accessing the Web Manager. There is no risk in proceeding to the Web Manager. For instructions to by-pass the alert screen, refer to article # 18181 - Alert Message for Web Manager Access.
 - On the Login page, enter admin in the User Name field.
 - Enter password or a customized password in the Password field.
NOTE: When using the default password to login, it may be required to set a unique password to proceed to the Web Manager. For assistance with Web Manager Access, refer to article # 18248 – SBG7580-AC: Web Manager Access.
 - Click the Apply button.  The Alert!! window will appear.
 - ​The Alert!! window includes information about the Parental Control setup via the Secure Home Internet Service mobile app available on the Google Play Store (Android) and App Store (iOS).
- Check the Do not show this window again box and click the Close button to stop the alert window from appearing during the next login.Â
- Click the Close button to bypass the alert window. Â The alert window will appear during the next login.
 
- On the System Basic Setup page, click the Utilities link on the top menu.  The System Information page will appear.
 - On the System Information page, click the LED Control link on the left-hand menu.  The Front Panel Indicator Lights (LEDs) Control page will appear.Â
 - Click the Turn ON front panel LEDs drop-down menu and select Disable.
 - Click the Apply button.  The Front Panel Indicator Lights (LEDs) Control page will refresh.
