Answer | The SBG8300 default Wi-Fi credentials, wireless name and password, are listed on the bottom label of the device.  The Wi-Fi network name (SSID) is unique and identifies the wireless network.  The Wi-Fi password (also known as the wireless security key, encryption key or passphrase) is the same on the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz network. The Wi-Fi clients (such as smart phones and laptops) will connect to the respective SSID of each Wi-Fi network using the wireless password. The default Wi-Fi name and password, can be found in the Web Manager or on the label located on the bottom of the device. The custom Wi-Fi name and password can be retrieved by logging into the Web Manager of the SBG8300.
