In certain scenarios, it may be desired to have a client receive a particular IP address from the SBR-AC1750, and always keep that address without having to manually configure a static IP address in the client.  This can be accomplished with the Reserve IP Address feature in the SBR-AC1750.  It can be configured to reserve a specific IP address within the DHCP range of addresses for a specific client.  When the client connects to the SBR-AC1750, it will receive the IP address automatically that it has been reserved for. This document describes how to reserve or delete an IP address for a particular client.Â
