The SBR-AC1900P has the ability to send notification of the firewall events logs in either of the following formats:
- Individual e-mail alerts sent out automatically each time the firewall is under attack.
- Local log is stored within the modem and displayed in table form on the Local Log page.
The Firewall Local Log is disabled by default. This document describes how to enable the Firewall Local Log.

To Enable Firewall Local Log
- Launch a web browser, such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari.  Enter http://192.168.0.1 into the address box, and press the Enter key. The Login page will appear.
 - On the Login page, enter admin in the Username field.
 - Enter password in the Password field.
 - Click the Login button. The Home page will appear.

 - Move the mouse-cursor over the Firewall on the main menu and click the Local Log link on the sub-menu.  The Firewall - Local Log page will appear.
 - On the Firewall - Local Log page, enter your e-mail address in the Contact Email Address field.
 - Enter the name of the e-mail SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) server in the SMTP Server Name field.
NOTE: The e-mail server name is required to send a firewall log to your e-mail. The SMTP server name can be obtained by your ISP (Internet Service Provider).
 - Enter the SMTP username in the SMTP Username field.
 - Enter the SMTP password in the SMTP - Password field.
 - Check the Email Alerts box to enable e-mail alerts.
 - Click the Apply button.

To View Local Logs
Local Logs appear below the Description, Count, Last Occurrence, Target, and Source headings.
- Click the E-mail Log button to manually e-mail logs to a specific contact.
- Click the Clear Log button to clear recent and previous logs.Â
