SBR-AC1900P: QR Code

What is the SBR-AC1900P QR Code used for?

On the bottom label of the SBR-AC1900P is a QR code.  A QR code is a two dimensional barcode consisting of black and white squares. When scanned with a QR reader app on a smart device camera it will display information about the product.  

NOTE: QR readers are available through the Android market or App Store.

Depending on the QR reader the QR code on the SBR-AC1900P can provide the following information:

• Encryption type
• WiFi Network Name (SSID)
• WiFi Passcode (Key)
• Default Username
• Default Password
• Model Number
• MAC Address

NOTE: Depending on the QR reader, a profile may be created for the WiFi Network Name (SSID) and WiFi Passcode (Key).  When the Wi-Fi is enabled on the smart device it will connect automatically.
