Answer | The SBR-AC3200P also includes configurable options for the Local Area Network (LAN). Â The router's LAN IP Address and DHCP range can be configured and modified to suit the needs of the network. Â By default, the LAN IP address of the SBR-AC3200P is 192.168.0.1. Â This document contains the following sections:
 NOTE 1: If the LAN IP address is modified to be in a different subnet (e.g. 192.168.8.1), the SBR-AC3200P will automatically change the DHCP range to use addresses in that subnet.  NOTE 2: The subnet mask of the SBR-AC3200P (255.255.255.0) cannot be modified.Â
Changing Router's IP Address
- Launch a web browser, such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari. Â Enter http://192.168.0.1 into the address box, and press the Enter key. Â The Login page will appear.
 - On the Login page, enter admin in the Username field.
 - Enter password in the Password field.
 - Click the Login button.  The Home page will appear.
 - Move the mouse-cursor over Basic on the main menu, and click the DHCP link on the sub-menu.  The Basic - DHCP page will appear.
 - On the Basic - DHCP page, enter the desired IP address in the LAN IP Address field for the LAN interface here.  In this example, 192.168.8.1 is used.Â
 NOTE: The LAN IP address used must be a private IP address (within one of the following ranges):  10.0.x.x - 10.254.x.x 172.16.x.x - 172.31.x.x 192.168.1.x - 192.168.254.x (192.168.5.x and 192.168.51.x - 192.168.53.x are not available to use because it is reserved for Wi-Fi Guest network)​  - Click the Apply button in the LAN Network Configuration section.  The Progress bar page will appear.
 - Allow the Progress Bar to complete.  During this time the wireless connection will disconnect briefly and will reconnect. Â
 - Click the OK button to reconnect after the progress completed.
NOTE: If the LAN IP address is modified to be in a different subnet (e.g. 192.168.8.1), the SBR-AC3200PÂ will automatically change the DHCP range to use addresses in that subnet. Â - Launch a web browser, such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari. Â Enter new address into the address box, and press the Enter key. Â The Login page will appear. Â In this example the new address is http://192.168.8.1.

Configuring the DHCP settings
NOTE:Â Configuring the DHCP setting is optional.
- Launch a web browser, such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari.  Enter http://192.168.8.1 into the address box, and press the Enter key.  The Login page will appear.
 - On the Login page, enter admin in the Username field.
 - Enter password in the Password field.
 - Click the Login button.  The Home page will appear.
 - Move the mouse-cursor over Basic on the main menu, and click the DHCP link on the sub-menu.  The Basic - DHCP page will appear.
 - On the Basic - DHCP page, determine the best scenario for the Enabled DHCP Server option:
- If it is desired to have the SBR-AC3200P assign IP addresses to the client devices, leave this setting checked.
- If some devices are manually configured with IP addresses, but others are to receive an address from the SBR-AC3200P, leave this setting checked.
- If there is another device on the network that will be the DHCP server, uncheck this setting.
- If it is desired to manually configure each device with an IP address, uncheck this setting.
- Enter the first IP address to be used in the DHCP range in the Starting Local Address field or leave at default.
 - Enter the last IP address to be used in the DHCP range in the Max Number of Network Devices field or leave at default.
 - Enter the amount of seconds that a device will keep an IP address in the Lease Time field, if that device has received an IP address automatically from the SBR-AC3200P or leave at default.
 - Click the Apply button.  The Progress Bar page will appear.Â
 - Click the OK button to reconnect after the progress completed. The browser will refresh to the Basic - DHCP page.
