Answer | The SBR-AC3200P includes MAC Filtering option to define up to twenty Media Access Control (MAC) address filters to prevent devices from sending outgoing TCP/UDP traffic to the WAN via their MAC addresses. This option is useful because the MAC address of specific Network Interface Card (NIC) never changes. Unlike IP addresses, they can be assigned by the DHCP server or hard-coded to various address. MAC Address Filtering is disabled by default. This document describes how to enable MAC Filtering.

To Enable MAC Filtering
- Launch a web browser, such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari.  Enter http://192.168.0.1 into the address box, and press the Enter key. The Login page appears.
NOTE: By default the LAN IP address is 192.168.0.1. Â If the default address has been changed, enter the custom address in the address box.
 - On the Login page, enter admin in the Username field.
- Enter password in the Password field.
- Click the Login button. The Home page appears.

 - Move the mouse-cursor over the Advanced tab and select the MAC Filtering from the drop-down submenu.  The Advanced - MAC Filtering page appears.
- On the Advanced - MAC Filtering page, Add MAC Address field - Enter the MAC address for the device to be blocked.
- Click the Add MAC Address button to save changes.
NOTE: Repeat above steps to add additional MAC address. Supports up to twenty entries.
