Question
How do I add an internal battery backup to my SBV2402 Modem?
Answer
The SBV2402 Cable Modem does not support a internal Lithium-Ion battery backup to provide continued voice service during power outages.  It is recommended to purchase an external UPS Battery Backup system to provide continued voice service during power outages.
