Question
How do I delete my App Account?
Answer
NOTE: This article applies to the Arris SURFboard mAX Mesh products (PRO, PLUS, DASH, Express), SURFboard Cable Modems (S33, S34, SB6121, SB6141, SB6183, SB6190, SB8200, SBV3202, SBV2402, T25), and SURFboard Wi-Fi Cable Modems (G34, G36, G54, SBG10, SBG6950AC2, SBG7400AC2, SBG7580-AC, SBG7600AC2, SBG8300), and SURFboard Extenders (W6B, W6U).

Deleting your SURFboard Central account from the app when you are:
  • setting up the SURFboard Central app with another SURFboard product.
  • updating the email address in the SURFboard Central app.

Removing your account will disassociate your email address from the SURFboard product and require a new installation with the same or a different email address. 


Delete App Account
  1. Tap the Menu bar link on the top-left screen.

  2. Tap the Settings or Account Details button.

  3. Tap the Delete Account button.

  4. On the pop-up box, tap the Yes button to delete the App Account.

  5. Tap the OK button.

  6. The App Account is deleted from the cloud and the Welcome screen returns with the previous email used in the Email ID field.
