How do I block websites using website address?
Answer
NOTE: This article applies to the SURFboard Wi-Fi Cable Modems (G54, SBG10, SBG6950AC2, SBG7400AC2, SBG7580-AC, SBG7600AC2).

Content Filtering is part of the Parental Control feature that is used to prevent access to specific websites by monitoring the website URL or word contained in the web address.  Set up the Content Filtering rules for the home network or for the Parental Control profiles or groups.  Client devices that are configured as trusted devices are not restricted by Content Filtering rules.

This document describes how to set up Parental Control to restrict access to a specific website.
