Answer | The SURFboard Manager app provides a quick way to view certain details about the managed ARRIS Wi-Fi product. This document provides instructions for finding the details of the ARRIS Wi-Fi product using the ARRIS SURFboard Manager app.View Wi-Fi Gateway DetailsÂ
- Tap the ARRIS SURFboard Manager Icon. Â The Login screen appears.Â
 - In the User Name field, enter admin for the user name.Â
 - In the Password field, enter password for the password.
NOTE: If the default login credentials were previously changed, enter the custom credentials. Â If the customized login credentials have been forgotten, a factory reset must be performed by pressing the reset button for more than 10 seconds on the SURFboard product. Â This will reset all customized settings.Â
 - Tap the Login button.  The SURFboard Home screen will appear.
 - On the SURFboard Home screen, under Devices, tap the ARRIS gateway. The Wireless Gateway Details screen will appear.
 - On the Wireless Gateway Details screen, details of the Wireless Gateway will be displayed. Tap on Show More to display additional details. The following information can be viewed:
- Manufacturer: Provides the manufacturer of the device.
- Model: Provides the model of the managed ARRIS device.
- Hardware: Lists the Wi-Fi hardware of the ARRIS device.
- 2.4 GHz Band: Provides the set channel for the 2.4 GHz band, and the bandwidth.
- 5 GHz Band: Provides the set channel for the 5.4 GHz band, and the bandwidth.
- Mac Address: Shows a MAC address of the gateway.
- Local Hostname/Local IP Address: On RipCurrent products, shows the local hostname for gateway Web Management access. On SURFboard cable gateways, shows the local IP address for gateway Web Manager access.
- Internet IP address: Shows the public WAN IP address for the gateway
