Answer | The Troubleshooting logs can be used to view information about the performance and system operation of the SVG2482AC.  These logs are separated into three categories: System Logs, Event Logs, and Firewall Logs.  This document describes how to view the Troubleshooting Logs.
To View Troubleshooting Logs
- Launch a web browser, such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari. Enter http://10.0.0.1 into the address box, and press the Enter key. The Login page will appear.
 - On the Login page, enter admin in the Username field.
 - Enter password in the Password field then click the Login button.  The Gateway > At a Glance page will appear.
NOTE: A prompt to change the password appears when the SVG2482AC is using the default password. To change the password click the OK button or click the Cancel button to bypass it.   - On the left-hand menu, click the Troubleshooting link.  The Troubleshooting > Logs page will appear.
 - Click the Log Type drop-down menu, and select the desired logs to view (System Logs, Event Logs, or Firewall Logs).
 - Click the Time Frame drop-down menu and select the desired time to view  (Today, Yesterday, Last week, Last month, or Last 90 days).
 - Click the Show Logs button.  A pop-up window will appear.
 Â - On the pop-up window, click the OK button to continue.
 Â - The logs will be displayed as shown below.
NOTE: If desired, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click the Print button to print the logs or the Download button to save a text file of the logs to the computer.
