TG862G/CT & TG862R: Locating the Model Number

Where can I find the model number on TG862 Gateway? 

This document describes where to locate the model number of the TG862.

The model number can be found on a label located on the bottom panel below the battery cover.  In the images below, the green box highlights the model number.
