Question
How can I locate the MAC address on a Windows 10 computer?
Answer
There may be situations in which the MAC address of a specific device needs to be located.  This document describes how to locate the MAC address for the Microsoft Windows 10 operating system.  

 
To Locate the MAC Address
 
  1. Right-click the Window's Start button and select Control Panel.

  2. On the Control Panel window, click the Network and Internet link.  The Network and Internet window will now appear.

  3. On the Network and Internet window, click the Network and Sharing Center link.  The Network and Sharing Center window will now appear.

  4. On the Network and Sharing Center window, click the Local Area Connection link.  The Local Area Connection Status window will now appear.

  5. On the Local Area Connection Status window, click the Details... button.  The Network Connections Detail window will now appear.

  6. On the Network Connection Details window, the MAC address is displayed as the Physical Address (as shown below).
