The firmware version of the mAX Router is located in the SURFboard Central app. This document contain the following section:
Locating the Firmware in the mAX Router
- Tap the My Network icon at the bottom of the screen.Â
 - Tap the Main Router or Satellite icon.
NOTE: The Main mAX Router is in the middle and the Satellites will be on the left or right side.
 - Scroll down and tap the Details + button to expand the card.  The firmware version is displayed under the Firmware field.
NOTE: Repeat step 2Â - 3Â to locate the MAC address for additional mAXÂ devices.Â
Locating the Main Router's Firmware on the About Screen
- Tap the Setting icon in the top left of the screen.
 - Tap the About button.
 - On the About screen, the Main Router's Firmware Version is below SURFboard.
