Question
Where can I locate the MAC Address on my mAX Router?
Answer
NOTE: This article applies to the mAX WC4S, WC4T, W21, W121, W122 Express, W30, W130, W31, W133, W61, and the W161 Routers.

The MAC Address can be located on the bottom white sticker of the device and in the SURFboard Central app.  This document contains the following sections:
 
Locate the MAC Address on the Bottom White Sticker
 
The MAC Address can be located on a white sticker on the bottom of the device labeled as WAN MAC ID.

Locate the MAC Address in the SURFboard Central App
  1. Tap the My Network icon on the bottom of the screen.

  2. Tap the mAX Router icon.

    NOTE: The main mAX Router is in the middle and the Satellites will be on the left or right side.

  3. Scroll down and tap the Details + button to expand the card.  The MAC address is displayed under the MAC Address field.

    NOTE: Repeat step 2 - 3 to locate the MAC address for additional mAX devices.
