Question
Where can I locate the MAC Address on my mAX W11?
Answer
The MAC Address can be located on the bottom white sticker of the device and in the SURFboard Central app.  This document contains the following sections:
 
Locate the MAC Address on the Back White Sticker
 
The MAC Address can be located on a white sticker on the back of the device labeled as WAN MAC ID.

Locate the MAC Address in the SURFboard Central App
  1. Tap the My Network icon on the bottom of the screen.

  2. Tap the mAX W11 icon.

    NOTE: The main mAX Router is in the middle and the Satellites will be on the left or right side.

  3. Scroll down and tap the Details + button to expand the card.  The MAC address is displayed under the MAC Address field.

    NOTE: Repeat steps 2 - 3 to locate the MAC address for additional mAX devices.
