Where can I locate the serial number for my mAX W11?
Answer
The serial number can be located on the bottom white sticker of the device and in the SURFboard Central app. This document includes the following sections:

The serial number can be located on a white sticker on the back of the device labeled asÂ

 icon on the bottom of the screen.

Tap the mAX W11Â icon.
NOTE
: The main mAX Router is in the middle and the Satellites will be on the left or right side.

Scroll down and tap theÂ

 button to expand the card.  The serial number is displayed under theÂ
Serial No.
 field.
NOTE
: Repeat steps 2Â - 3Â to locate the serial number for additional mAXÂ devices.Â
