Answer | The mAX router broadcasts a single Wi-Fi name (SSID) on 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz bands with the same Wi-Fi password. Some 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi devices may not be able to connect to the mAX Wi-Fi network and would need to set up the mAX router with a unique SSID for the 2.4 GHz band.  Broadcast Unique SSIDs
- Tap the My Network icon on the bottom of the screen.
 - Tap the Network Management box.
 - Tap the Main Wi-Fi Network + button to expand the card, and swipe the Enable single SSID for 2.4G/5G/6G bands slider to the left to disable it.
 - On the Single SSID alert pop-up box, tap the OK button.
 - The changes are taking effect.Â
 - The 6GHz, 5GHz, and 2.4GHz tabs are available after the changes are saved. The mAX router is broadcasting unique SSID over the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz bands.Â
 - Tap the 6GHz or 2.4GHz tab to view the Network Name (SSID) and Password.Â
NOTE: To make three SSIDs unique, -2.4G suffix is added to the 2.4 GHz SSID and -6G suffix is added to the 6 GHz SSID.  - The network name is listed under Network Name (SSID). Tap the hidden eye icon to view the Password. Â
NOTE: Tap the pencil icon to customize the network name.Â
