How do I add or deduct screen time on my kid's user profile?

Answer

NOTE: This article applies to the mAX W21, W121, W122 Express, W30, W130, W31, and W133 Routers.

When the Parental Rewards trial is started, all Parental Control user profiles are paused by default. Before kids can start using screen time, it is recommended to add some minutes for the kids to begin with. Screen time is earned by completing chores or from weekly allowances. Parents can add or deduct screen time from the kid's Parental Control user profile.

Add or Deduct Screen Time

Tap the My Experiences box or bottom-right icon.
Tap the Parental Control box.
Tap the kid's user profile to add or deduct screen time.
In the Screentime section, tap the 3-dot icon.
Tap the Add/Remove Screentime link.

NOTE: To deduct screen time, tap the ( - ) icon first.
Tap the amount to add or deduct screen time, and then tap the Add or Remove button.
In the Screentime section, the screen time amount earned will be deducted or added.
Repeat steps 3 -7 to add or deduct screen time on another kid's user profile.
