The Device Details include information on the product model and hardware specifications associated with the SURFboard Central app.

View Device Details

The Home screen Device Details section provides the following information:
- Product Model Number - The SURFboard cable modem or Extender model setup with SURFboard Central.
- Service Provider - The Internet service provider selected for the cable modem.
- Hardware Spec - The SURFboard cable modem hardware DOCSIS 3.0 or 3.1.
- Ethernet Ports - The Ethernet port set to Auto.
