Question
How do I power cycle the T25 Cable Modem?
Answer
In some cases the T25 Cable Modem may need to be power cycled to regain functionality.  This can be accomplished by holding down the Reset button for 10 seconds.  Pressing the Reset button does not reset the unit to it's factory default setting, but restarts the modem as if the unit was power cycled.  This document describes how to power cycle the modem by holding down the Reset button.

NOTE: On firmware version TS11.02.57 and newer, holding the reset button down for 20 seconds will restart the modem and clear the customized admin password.  For assistance with creating a custom admin password, refer to article # 18100 - T25: Web Manager Access.
